Style-init

This is a special Style Element which is called before the actual content of an Article or a Topic are displayed. This elements only exists on MidCOM-based Hosts. When content from another Topic is loaded with the MidCOM Method dynamic_load, this Topic's style-init and style-finish elements are also executed.
